Dennis McKenna is the younger brother of Terence McKenna, who first popularized Ayahuasca and Psilocybin mushrooms starting in the 1970s. Dennis is one of the leading researchers into DMT. We met at Tyringham Hall in the UK during a consciousness conference in July 2016. This is what he said after his first 11-minute journey under the Light.
I met a remarkable man during my travels this summer; Guy Harriman, ex-Apple engineer, close friend of Steve Jobs, and now a Zen monk in Chang Mai, where he continues to develop what he calls 'spiritual technologies.' One of those is his invention, the Ajna Light, which, he claims, stimulates the production of DMT in the pineal gland. I don't know if it does, but I will say that after a few minutes under the light I was fully 'in the zone’ and that feeling persisted for as long as the session lasted.
